General tips about preparing for exams

General tips about preparing for exams
 Frist is health :
You have to take extra care about your health when you are under alit of pressure and stress. Being under stress lower your immune system and make you more  Susceptible to disease, illness, and fatigue. So you have to try to healthy food and take a reasonable amount of rest.
Second sleep :
You have to schedule your sleep from 2 to 3 week before the exam. So that the exam time will not be in your normal sleeping hours.
This tip is very useful if you what to maximize your performance in the exam time and to remember things you have learned a long time before the exam. ( I do this a lot and it is really helpful )
Third water and health food :
Being dehydrated when you are studying or in the exam is really dangerous. Dehydration cause tiredness, fatigue, and low blood pressure which can lower the amount of oxygen going to your brain. It will lower your energy and in extreme cases, it can lead to death. So drink a reasonable amount of water from time to time when you study but don't drink a lot to the point you go to the bathroom every second.
+ try not to study directly before the exam. If it is possible to give your self 20 min before the exam to rest your mind.
+ and try to go early by 30 min to an hour to the exam so u will not have to deal with additional stress from trying to be on time.
There is other advice but that's it for now.
"Hard work will never betray you "
Hope you will do great.

Things I learned as I grow up

Things I learned as I grow up
Back in time when I was I kid with 10 years old, I thought I know many things, I was an adult like a child who liked to think deeply about life, I had thoughts like:” everyone do thinks for a reason “ , “ we all do things for ourselves, if we are kind to others that’s because we want them to be kind to us“, the one I find the funniest is ” why did he do that ? “it is about a family drama I watched there was a scene were the king pointed an arrow at the knight and asked him: do you love her ? the knight bravely answered: yes . I kept asking myself why he did that, he wasn’t stupid, but he did the most ridicules thing I can think of at that moment.
I was always interested in what makes people do things, how other people think and feel, to the level I will usually observe them and try to interpret their actions.
But as I grow up I knew that there are many things I will never get to understand as a kid, there are things that I need to live to get my hand into it.
One of those things is our feeling about the time.
As you grow older your sense of time change too, do you remember the time when you were a kid and someone asked you to wait for an hour? I am sure you felt like that hour will never end, but as an adult, an hour sound shorter and like it will pass by in no time.
We can sense the difference more in long term time like: “we will not see each other for 3 years “, for a kid that will be forever, he will think about it like the time that will never come. Then as an adult what do you feel about 3 years ? is it long ? short ? or long but it will end without you noticing?
The second thing is my view of good and bad, right and wrong
Frist as a kid: lying was a bad thing, people who lie is a bad people. There is nothing like a white lie, you shall say the truth and only the truth.
Then did lying become a good thing as I grow up?
It didn’t but I learned that different situations need different approaches.
Like you can’t point out people mistake directly and it is better if you make your words as polite as possible, not lying but being polite and respectful.
And fake smiles doesn’t mean this person is evil or bad but it can mean he is trying to be polite or cheerful.
*      People don’t show all their feeling out, they have to hide some in order to survive.
The hardest lesson I learned is that we don’t really understand the full meaning of advice given to us by people who learned it the hard way :
Advice about respecting others may seem annoying or impossible to follow for some people but for people who experienced it, that may sound like a normal or the most useful advice to follow.
The advice you hear from others can never affect you like the lessons you learned the hard way, that is why I have to remind myself always that behind every advice I receive from someone a deep meaning or a story that I never experienced.
“you will never understand until it happens to you “.
Growing up is a really fascinated process, everyone has his pace in growing and learning, and as it says:  “ you need to live longer to see what happen”, we can never predict the future but we keep hoping for the best.

See you
